Many people who have never visited Mongolia have a picture in their mind of horsemen galloping across the open steppe - just as they did in the days of Genghis Khan. In Central Mongolia you can stop at places of particular beauty and interest, and take horses for the day to explore the area. This tour can be adapted to suit your own horse riding skills - you can ride for just a few hours, or gallop across the fenceless expanse for the whole day if you prefer.
